Well, we can't expect that the weather will always be kind! Perhaps a trip by motorbike in November was pushing our luck a bit. We were greeted by cold, wet and windy weather.
The trip from Le Havre to Cormolain was lovely and warm - almost too warm for all the winter gear we were wearing. Breakfast sitting outside in Honfleur followed by a scenic tour of the Augue region was the highlight of the riding.
Unfortunately, the winter gear was put to good use over the next couple of days, together with the wet-weather gear too.
Mental note to self: Go by car between the end of October and the beginning of April!
